Rule 11
Duties, Duties and Powers of Heads of Related Departments
Subject to this regulation, the duties, duties and powers of heads of related departments of the Attorney General's Office shall be as follows:-
(a) to assist the Attorney General in the performance of his duties,
(b) To advise any ministry, secretariat or constitutional body of the Government of Nepal on any constitutional or legal matter,
(c) To appear before the court on behalf of the Government of Nepal or the employees of the Government of Nepal in matters concerning the Government of Nepal and plead arguments,
(d) Taking action related to making an application on behalf of the Government of Nepal or an employee of the Government of Nepal for appeal, review or reiteration of the issue in the matter concerning the Government of Nepal.
